By commissioning me, you automatically agree to all my terms.

Please, keep your DMs related to your professional. Commissioning me does NOT automatically make us friends (unless you're already a friend of mine).

I may decline a commission for any reason.

I reserve full ownership of all my artworks and may use them for promotion, unless discussed otherwise.

Clients must credit me as the artist.

You may not claim my artworks as yours in any form.

You may not remove my watermark!

You may not profit from my artworks in any form without purchasing rights.

My services will not be shipped physically and are only available digitally.

All services are for personal usage only, unless commercial rights have been purchased.

References are recommended. Please provide character sheets and clear design details. If you do not have visual references, you may use your own words to describe what you want (Make sure to be as detailed as possible).

Commissions will be done in my artstyle. Don’t ask me to mimic the style of other artists.

Clients are not authorized to change, alter, modify or edit the delivered artwork in any way without the artist's permission.

The client may display the delivered artwork on external sites as long as the artist is credited (mention my Instagram, Twitter/X or Toyhouse account with a direct link to the profile).

As an artist, my style and skills naturally evolve over time. By commissioning me, you agree that your artwork reflects my level and style at the time of creation.

Previous commissions will not be redrawn, revised, or updated due to artistic improvement, style changes, or personal preferences over time. Any request to remake or significantly alter a past commission will not be fulfilled.

Use of AI in any kind, shape or form is prohibited.

Do not train AI with my works or "enhance" my artworks.

Do not add it or change it in any way.

This includes "Gronk", "Chat GPT", "Sora AI" and any other tool.

This applies to past, present and future commissions with me.

Do not try to find loopholes and use that as an excuse to train AI with my art.

A full payment before I start working at your commission is required.

Payments only via Paypal or KOFI (heavily preferred).

Payment plans are available if the request is over 200€. Clients must follow the agreed schedule.

Refunds are only issued if I'm unable to continue or finish your request (full or partial depending on the artwork's stage).

Refunds will not be issued due to a change of mind after work has begun.

No refunds for completed work.

I reserve the right to cancel an order before payment.

You must credit me for the art in every license stated below.

Personal Use (Free): Using the art as profile picture/ icon/ banner/ wallpaper, posting it on social media (with watermark and credit), printing the artwork as long as it stays for personal use.

Monetized Content (+100%): Personal usage included. Usage in monetized content (YouTube, Twitch, Patreon, etc.). Use as thumbnails, streaming assets, etc.

Commercial Merchandising (+150%): Personal use and monetized content included. Selling and producing any kind of physical or digital merchandise. Prints, stickers, digital products, paid advertisements, etc.

Privacy Request (+25%): Additional fee you can pay if you wish your artwork to be kept private. I will not upload it to any of my social media or use the requested artwork for my portfolio.

Clients may not set a deadline or rush me, the artist.

Clients will be notified if any delays may occur.

Commissions can/will take two weeks to two months before completing.

Regarding the stated timeframe above, I may finish the commission earlier.

Clients may request up to 3 revisions before I start rendering the requested work.

Additional changes after that may incur a fee, depending on complexity.

Mistakes made by me, the artist, will not be charged.

After the request has been finished, minor changes are limited as I merge all layers during the rendering.

I am not responsible for any unsatisfying elements if no feedback was provided.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their commission includes all details.

The finished artwork includes my watermark and will be shared as a .png file via Google Drive, E-Mail or Kofi only.

If shared via Google Drive, the file will be available for a week before deletion.

Clients are responsible for saving all files/images. I will reshare the files if requested.

I am not required to post the final product publicly and keep it there. I may delete/remove or archive any public project.

Slight differences may exist between portfolio samples and the illustration that you will receive.

I reserve the right to reject critiques of artistic skills and/or stylization.

Any rude or inappropriate comments or behaviour may result in blacklisting.
